Warranty
To the original owner, the Bryant model 359AAV gas furnace is covered by a 10-year parts and lifetime heat exchanger limited warranty upon timely registration of your new equipment.* Ask your Bryant dealer about optional extended warranties, which may include labor.
*Warranty period is 5-years on parts and 20-years on heat exchangers if not registered within 90 days. Jurisdictions where warranty restrictions are not allowed will automatically receive a 10-year parts limited warranty and a lifetime parts limited warranty on the heat exchangers. Two Heat Exchangers, One Efficient Furnace
Standard gas furnaces can deliver comfort, but many rely on one heat exchanger to achieve about 80% fuel efficiency. The Bryant Model 359AAV uses our patented primary heat exchanger as well as a stainless steel secondary heat exchanger which transfers an additional 11-15% of available heat into your home. Compared to an older, 60% AFUE furnace you may be replacing, the Model 359AAV could provide savings as high as 33% on your heating fuel costs.
